Our Private 1-on-1 Sports Performance Coaching sessions are designed for athletes who want focused, personalized attention to accelerate their development. These sessions are tailored to each athlete’s goals — whether it’s improving speed, strength, agility, coordination, power, or confidence.

This is a great option for athletes who:

  • Want individualized coaching and faster progress

  • Are preparing for tryouts, the season, or specific athletic performance goals and tests

  • Need to build foundational skills or recover from a plateau

  • Prefer a more private, customized training environment

Our Semi-Private Sports Performance Training offers the perfect balance between personalized coaching and a motivating group environment. With just 2 to 4 athletes per session, each participant receives targeted instruction while benefitting from the energy, encouragement, and competitiveness of training alongside peers.

  • Thrive in a small group setting with shared goals

  • Want personalized attention without the cost of private sessions

Our Youth Sports Performance Class is designed to help young athletes build a strong athletic foundation in a fun, structured, and high-energy environment. Open to both boys and girls ages 8-12, these sessions focus on improving speed, agility ,strength, coordination, and body awareness — all while building confidence, discipline, and a love for movement.

With 5 to 15 athletes per class, kids get the perfect mix of individual attention and positive group interaction. This class is great for beginners looking to get active, as well as young athletes preparing for for sports or looking to improve overall performance.

We don’t just train young athletes — we help them enjoy the process of becoming their best.

Our General Fitness Personal Training sessions are designed to help individuals of all ages or fitness levels reach their goals through tailored exercise plans. These plans focus on helping you build strength, improve mobility, increase energy and mood, and feel confident in your body.

Each session is personalized to your goals, whether that’s weight loss, muscle gain, improved endurance, or simply living a healthier lifestyle. With expert coaching, accountability, and a supportive environment, you’ll not only train — you’ll learn and transform.
