  • My son Sal had an excellent experience at the Develop U Athletics youth sports camp with coach Ben! We saw improvements with his speed, he learned fundamentals of athletic training, and he made friends along the way.   • We've been working with Ben for 4 months. Our son Liam has gained 3 inches on his box jump, improved acceleration time, improved time on agility drills and has gained 8 pounds. He is also getting noticeably stronger on compound movements with higher numbers! He is well prepared for football 2025 and next wrestling season. We look forward to continuing training with Ben!

  • We've been working with Ben for 8 months now. My son John's 10 yd dash improved a tenth a second, he gained 5 inches on his broad jump, a couple inches on box jump, shaved 3.5 tenths a second on standard agility drill "Pro Shuttle", gained 11 pounds in body weight, and 8-10% strength increase on bench and trap bar deadlift. The numbers have directly translated to the field and baseball diamond this year.
