FALL FUNDAMENTALS
Youth Sports Performance Class (kids 8-12 yrs old)
Get your athlete moving this fall with Fall Fundamentals — a high energy, 6 week training program designed to build the essential skills every young athlete needs. Perfect for kids ages 8-12, this class focuses on developing speed, agility, strength, coordination, and most importantly — confidence.
Each session combines structured training and fun, competitive games to keep kids engaged, motivated, and having a blast while learning the building blocks of athletic performance.
📅 Dates: September 2 – October 9
🕓 Schedule: Tuesdays & Thursdays, 4:00 PM – 5:15 PM
🏫 After-school hours for easy scheduling
💪 All levels welcome – beginners to aspiring athletes!
